Outgoing, service-minded and confident approaching many different guests during the day.
Competitive and results-oriented, motivated by reaching and exceeding sales and activity targets.
Experience from customer service or sales, preferably within tourism, hospitality or retail.
Confident using simple digital tools (POS/tablet) and handling payments accurately.
Very good English skills, spoken and written; Norwegian is an advantage.
You speak fluent German and can comfortably advise, inform and sell to German-speaking guests.
Flexible, reliable and able to work shifts during the season, including weekends and peak periods.
Punctual, structured and a strong team player who contributes to a positive, professional work environment.
Actively approach potential guests at our sales points and stops, explain ticket types, prices and tour options in a clear and friendly way.
Sell tickets via POS/tablet, handle card and cash payments and ensure transactions are registered correctly.
Answer questions about routes, departure times, stops and combination products (boat trips, museum tickets, etc.).
Keep the ticket area tidy, visible and well stocked with brochures, price lists and other sales material.
Inform the Shift Leader or Destination Coordinator about issues, customer feedback or incidents that may affect operations.
Support daily sales reporting and simple follow-up of results according to given routines.
You work outdoors at our sales points and closely with Shift Leaders, Destination Coordinators and other front-line staff to ensure smooth operations and satisfied guests.
