Join our Embedded Software team within the Technology Platform group and help shape the future of maritime industry. We’re seeking experienced engineers who thrive on technical challenges and want to drive innovation in a collaborative, diverse environment.

What you will be doing

• Design, develop, and optimize embedded software solutions for next-generation maritime controllers and devices using C/C++.
• Work hands-on with ARM-Based embedded systems and microcontrollers, RTOS (e.g., VxWorks, Linux and Keil RTX), and hardware interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CANopen FD).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, electronics, and product teams to deliver integrated, safety-critical solutions.
• Drive quality and reliability through rigorous testing, code reviews, and modern development practices (CI/CD, automated testing).
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new technologies and contributing to high-impact, sustainable maritime initiatives.

We think you should have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in embedded software development (C/C++).
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) or bare-metal development.
• Familiarity with hardware interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN) and debugging tools.
• Self-driven with an interest and curiosity to learn new technologies.
