We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Minimum bachelor's degree in hotel management (BHM) or equivalent hospitality qualification is mandatory
Minimum 4--5 years of experience in restaurant with South Asian cuisine special from Nepalese Cuisine.
Proven leadership experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality businesses
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service standards
Experience with staff management, scheduling, and team development
Good financial understanding including budgeting and cost control
Fluent in English (Norwegian language skills are an advantage)
Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software is preferred.
