We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys taking the lead and inspiring others. You are organised, communicative and thrive under pressure while keeping a cool head. You understand how to build effective teams, coach colleagues and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. A passion for food and service, an eye for detail and quality, and a willingness to take initiative are important. You need to be comfortable with both hands‑on service and analytical tasks such as cost control and planning. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Norwegian is an advantage.
As Restaurant Manager you coordinate all daily operations to ensure smooth service and a great experience for guests. You lead and coach the front‑of‑house team, recruit and train new staff, create and manage staff schedules based on business volume, monitor sales, costs and waste, and implement improvements to boost efficiency and profitability. You work closely with the kitchen leadership on timing, quality and menu development, maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, handle guest requests and feedback in a calm and solution‑oriented manner, and help drive promotional activities. Through your presence on the floor you set the tone for teamwork, professionalism and guest satisfaction.
