Kverneriet started here in 2013. This is where the story began — a small burger place with big ambitions that grew into a hospitality group built on one idea: make people feel genuinely cared for.
Hospitality comes first. Not service — hospitality. The difference is that service is what you do, hospitality is how you make people feel. We want guests to leave remembering how we noticed the small things, went a bit further than expected, and actually seemed to enjoy having them there.
That takes people who are observant, warm, and take pride in the details.
We're serious about service — the process and technical side of running a restaurant properly. Knowing your steps, your sections, your timing. When the mechanics run smoothly, you're free to focus on what actually matters: the guest in front of you. That's when hospitality happens.
You'll take orders, run food, keep the flow tight — and have the headspace to notice when someone needs a bit more attention, a recommendation, or just a genuine smile.
We're looking for people with experience — but we're also happy to train the right person. What matters most is attitude.
