As a waiter and bartender at Una Pizzeria, you'll be part of a vibrant, fast-paced environment, where English is the main language. We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude who contribute to a good work environment. Our waiters are passionate about both service and food and enjoy sharing their knowledge with our curious guests. We especially seek friendly, service-minded people who love to smile and are eager to provide extra attention to our guests.
Monday - Saturday: 11:00 - 23:00
Sunday: 12:00 - 22:00
2 x part-time waiters: 40-60 hours per month
Take orders and serve food and drinks
Clean tables and maintain a tidy area
Prepare for opening and closing
Greet guests with a smile and provide excellent service
Manage your station/area
Upsell food, drinks, and specials
Handle customer complaints professionally
Open/close the restaurant and process cash sales
1-2 years of à la carte experience
Wine and beer knowledge
Fluent in English (Norwegian or Swedish is a plus)
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Service-oriented with a positive attitude
Strong work ethic and reliability
Team player with good collaboration skills
Friendly and always smiling
Flexible and high availability

Una Pizzeria e Bar is a laid back and popular pizzeria in Trondheim. We have a capacity of 180 guests inside and 130 guests outside. We are a restaurant with high pace whereas we can serve about 1000 guests on a Saturday.
The main focus of the restaurant is to have the perfect Italian pizza. Our concept is plain and tasty dishes in grounded surroundings. The guest who comes to Una expects the perfect pizza and food made by Italian ingredients, served in a rustic way. The ambience in the restaurant is energetic and positive and the interior is rough and urban. The ambiance is spread both from our pizzaioli and chefs in the open kitchen, our smiling waiters and the enthusiastic guests.
