Do you want to spend the summer working on a unique island on the Norwegian west coast, where local seafood, nature, and hospitality are at the center of the experience?
Røvær Kulturhotell is looking for an independent and passionate chef who can start as soon as possible. This is initially a seasonal position running until the end of September, but for the right person there is a real opportunity for permanent employment.
We are looking for someone who wants more than “just another kitchen job.” We want a chef who takes pride in the profession, enjoys responsibility, and wants to help shape the food identity of our hotel. Our ambition is to become known for high-quality food with a strong local and sea-inspired profile.
We are a small team on a small island, so flexibility is important. Everyone helps, and we are looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on and contributing.
The position is full-time.
We can offer a small private accommodation in an old seaside building at a reasonable rental cost, where the chef will live alone. We can also assist with alternative accommodation on the island if preferred.
Start date: As soon as possible.
