As F&B Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our food and beverage venues. You ensure quality, smooth operations, and warm hospitality - even during busy periods. The role is highly operational and works closely with the Commercial Operations Manager.
Oversee daily F&B operations with clear routines and high standards of quality.
Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and operational systems.
Be visible in the operation and meet guests with warmth and professionalism.
Manage inventory, train seasonal staff, and coordinate events.
Contribute to menu and concept development.
Take an active role in the daily operation - this is a hands-on position where we succeed as one team.
