Someone who finds joy in seeing the country, embracing the variety of locations and people they'll encounter at different festivals and events.
An individual who thrives in customer service, able to engage with people in a friendly and professional manner. They should enjoy interacting with festival-goers, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience.
Strong communication skills to answer customer questions and handle any issues that arise smoothly.
Someone who can manage both cooking and driving the food truck to various destinations, ensuring that the food is prepared and served on time, while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Responsible for managing supplies, keeping track of stock, and ensuring the truck and kitchen equipment are in good working condition.
An individual who works well with others, especially in a small team setting. They should be adaptable and able to collaborate with fellow workers in a busy, sometimes stressful environment.
Must be reliable and willing to pitch in where needed---whether that's in the kitchen, behind the counter, or driving the truck.
The role can be physically demanding, requiring long hours on your feet, lifting heavy supplies, and managing the busy rhythm of a food truck at festivals.
Comfortable with the physical and logistical challenges of driving the food truck, including navigating through different environments and dealing with weather conditions.
